peachicks and ducklings newly hatched on the property. You and the beloved animals
are welcome to wander La Caille’s Vineyard as the fresh vine buds begin to
break.
La Caille’s Garden Room mirrors the outdoors with its
lush greenery and glass walls to take in the stunning property. The Grand
Pavilion is a spring dream with expansive views of the growing gardens and
vineyard nestled at the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Enjoy Easter Brunch
under the blue-bird skies comfortably seated with your family and friends
inside the Grand Pavilion. Or, if the spring day is warm, enjoy brunch on one
of the many patios surrounding the French chateau. Brunch on the patios is
quite the memorable experience. Listen to the babbling stream nearby and take
in the grand vistas that surround the 20 acres of lush property.
The Easter Buffet Brunch at La Caille features fresh seafood,
carving stations, salads, breakfast and lunch specialties, and decadent
desserts. One favorite is the baked vanilla, cinnamon French toast topped with
Vermont maple syrup, Chantilly cream and berries.
