La Caille offers a variety of uplifting winter menu choices. This season, La Caille is proud to introduce the winter menu with familiar favorites and a few new items sure to please any palette.

Guests can begin their experience with delicious Artisanal Cheeses, buttery Escargot, or the renowned Wild Mushroom Tart. The first course menu is just the beginning of a memorable experience that is dining at La Caille. These delectable choices are followed by the second course selections of Duck Consommé, Venison Carpaccio, or a Red Pear Salad. The first and second courses are strikingly paired with La Caille’s well-rounded wine menu complete with a variety of white and red options that will enhance the flavors of both courses. Any option you and your guests choose are sure to be enjoyed and the perfect foray to the entrees.

Hearty entrees with game meats are meticulously prepared and seasoned to bring out the finest flavors. The winter menu includes succulent Duck, Bison with bold seasoning, and perfectly prepared Venison. La Caille is also serving guest favorites, like the famous Bouillabaisse and Mary’s Roasted Chicken. Each dish is complemented with sides that accentuate the seasonal, robust flavors.

La Caille has expanded the winter delights with a tempting dessert menu. The esteemed pastry chef, Rebecca Millican, introduced a bittersweet chocolate cake to the sweet selections. This cake is baked with dense chocolate and caramel creating a rich, sumptuous flavor. An imaginative twist on the chocolate cake is the rosemary infused grapefruit that combined with the chocolate form a delightful finish to the five-star dining experience. La Caille’s after dinner treats also include a seasonal Pumpkin Tiramisu, delicious Frozen Nougat, and Roasted Pear and Fig Gallette. Popular year-round desserts like Bananas Foster and La Caille cookies grace the menu as well.
